It would help if u described the symptoms of your car. If you are talking about your Ignition Control Module, are you putting dielectric grease on it? Are you putting enough. If you aren't, they will keep frying. Later...

I had the same problem, turned out to be an intermittantly opening pickup coil.

Your pick up coil was frying your control modules? I replaced mine the first time my car was acting up. Symtems to start are the voltage gauge jumpimg around then the rpm gauge then when it gets worse stalling. There are 2 sensors in the control module the first time it went both these sensor where screwed wich cause the car to die when it got heated up then not start. The second time it happend only one of the sensors was gone the one that sends info to the ignition coil, and the car would stall voltage would drop to 9volts, Just putting up the windows would stall the car. Any Ideas out there. Thanks Timbo

Sounds like possibly a charging problem. Yes, I had a pickup coil that was frying modules. I changed the distributer and havn't had the problem. My symptoms were rough running and when you shut it off, no start until a fresh module is installed. Then 4-8 days later it would happen again. It never left me stranded so to say, as long as I didn't shut it off, but it would miss like a pig and I knew.....
