Hatch Motor Brushes?

I took apart my hatch motor and found why most likely it is not working. Both of my brushes are broken.

Can anyone get these parts? I live in Australia and was wondering if anyone could get these parts for me and send them in an envelope. I would send back something for exchange.

When both of my headlight motor's brushes went, I just pulled old ones out of a junker's heater fan motor, filed them down to size, and crimped the wires together. Easy fix, has been going for over 4 months now.
