Analyzing scan tool data

I hooked a snap-on scan tool up to my iroc today. I don't know what all the numbers are supposed to be, that would indicate that my car is running properly. I know what the tps is supposed to be, but some of the others i don't know, like the BLM was 149 but is supposed to be 128( how do i get it there. What should the oxygen sensor volts be, what are cross counts what should they be. My car would be in closed loop for a while and then go into open loop for about five seconds and then would switch back to closed loop again. It spent most of its' time in closed loop though. is that bad. Where can I find all this info, learn how to analyze it and make adjustments accordinly. Thanks for any help.

Get a GM Factory Manual for your Camaro, don't use those auto store books they suck, a factory manual will tell you what all those numbers mean and what they should be and what to repair.

the oxygen sensor voltage should be flying all over the place as the computer is constantly adjusting the a/f ratio. cross counts is simply how many times the o2 sensor voltage swings up and down past 500mv.

closed loop is good.

BLM sort of indicates whether the comp. is adding or subtracting fuel >128 means it's adding. at idle it's gonna be higher because it's lean.
