not 3rd gen but stumped - turn signals glitch --- STUMPED!

I know this isn't a camaro question but it's not the camaro I need help with today. The girlfriends' turn signals won't work in her 94 cavalier....the hazards work, replaced the flasher, all the bulbs work..she says it started flashing quicker and then stopped althogether. Now I'm totally stumped and she's losing faith in me. Need some help guys so I can get 'rewarded'. I was wondering if there could be 2 flashers under the dash but can only find 1. Help me before I lose it!

There are 2 flashers - one for the 4 ways & another for the turn signals.
