Ok here's the deal the other day my check engine light came on, and then the car started to act up on me. It idle's funny, it won't let me pull flash codes, and my interior lights and tail lights don't work when I turn on my head light's. Could my ECM be fried? Or do I have a short to ground somewhere? Have you ever heard of a problem like this one or similer too it?

What's it do when you try to pull a code?

 

When I try to pull a flash code nothing happens. The check engine light stays on, and the electric fans come on. It hasn't changed the way that the car has been running.
