fault diagnosis doesn't work

I do not get any flash codes when I jump the A-B connectors. The bulb is good, checked with a meter. Is my ecm bad? It is an '86 TPI Z28. Is there a way to check an ecm? Thanks for the help!

Could be your ecm could be you jumped the wrong conectors.
