Where is the Headlight relay in a '88 GTA? Also where are the fusable links for the motors located?

I found the headlamp module. I pull the inout connector and neither side goes up.

I check the voltage at the connector and found 12 V between both motor leads and chassis ground on the good side. No voltage on either wire on the non-working side. Does this point to the headlamp module or a fusable link??
