SGI-5 problems

Car: 1991 Z-28/ '94 Impala SS
Engine: 355 TPI/ 350 LT-1
Transmission: T-56 in both
Axle/Gears: 3.73 / 4.56
SGI-5 problems
Have the SGI-5 box wired in and it still reads too high. Can only seem to get it to work in the OUT 1 mode. Yes, the wires are wound together for the interference. The speedo works but at like 25 around the neighborhood the speedo reads like 120 and climbing. Any and all info would be appreciated. Also the speedo reads 0 when the car is not moving. And i have played with all the dim switches, and can't get it to work in any of the other OUT modes. 91 Z-28 5.7 350 with 96 T56 tranny swap.Thanks
