Buzzer?

Should my car buzz or make some other kind of annoying sound if the keys are in and the door is open, because mine doesn't and I leave my keys in all the time. I've already locked them in my car a couple times becuase I was used to having a buzzer in my truck. Thanks.

Yes, the buzzer should go off.

If it never buzzes at all, then someone probably removed the "buzzer" which is a small box near the fuze box and the plug in for the trouble codes. If there is no box you'll have to get a new one and take it from there.
