I have a stage two hypertech computer chip, with a dash mounted switch for and extra electronic fan. I have heard that the chip runs better when the car is cooler, how often should i use the switch??

 

Some chips are programmed to make the fan turn on at a cooler temp anyways but, to answer your question, use the switch as often as you like. Some people just ground out the relay permanently to have the fan run right from start up.
