Pretty new so fuse question, and a few others

For one, my dash and guage lights don't work, when I leave my lights on I get the standard buzz noise when I turn it off, but no open door noise, guessing fuse? Then I bought a power front seat and have manual seats, how would I wire that in to function, the finally, the story to this trunk pull down motor. I use the trunk like normal, key it, pull it up, close it. Does the damn thing just pull it down? How to fix it because mine don't work.

The door buzz, 'chime' (annoying noise), only works if the key is in the ignition. There is a contact, behind the ignition key cylinder I believe, that the key presses against that causes the chime to work when the door is open.

Power seat...

The hatch motor, never had to mess w/mine (yet thankfully, maybe someone else can help you there. Try doing a search using 'hatch motor' in the body & interior room.

The chime should come on with the lights if the key is not in the ignition, in addition to coming on if the key is in the ignition with the door open.

You say your dash panel lights don't work? How about the outside parking lights, the orange and red ones all around the car?

If the parking lights work, but the dash ones don't, check the 5amp fuse at the top of the fuse box. Or, wiggle your dimmer switch around a little...it's the typical GM junk and they don't work too good when they get old.

If all the parking lights are out too, replace the parking light fuse. It's probably a 20- amper, and should say TAIL or something like that on it.
