Ignition Coil Wires
Sorry I'm sure the questions has already been asked, but I couldnt find any answers in the archives. I have a factory coil and a crane ignition 6A. There are now two remaining wires that are going to the factory coil, one orange and one black. The accel super coil I need to replace the stock coil with has a pos and negative terminals only. When I tested the wires with the ignition on, one read 12V and the other 3V. How do I hook up this accel coil????

The functions of the stock wires going to the coil are as follows:
Large pink (from harness): Ignition power wire to the coil & distributor module.
Small pink (to distributor): Ignition power wire to the distributor module.
White (from harness): To tach.
White (from distributor): Pulsed signal from distributor module - switches the coil on & off to generate a spark at a plug.
