What wires go where for the ignition relays???
I am trying to figure out which wires go where to two relays that are dangling under the drivers side dash. Most of the wires are plugged in, but there is one red wire that is just wrapped around a relay terminal and another white wire thats not connected at all (What a mess!!). Anyway I did a little experimentation and when I plugged the white wire onto the terminal with the red wire the car would start with the key in the "on" position (not the "start" position.) This kinda surprised me, and I realized I had no clue what I was doing.
I looked in my Haynes manual but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Does anyone know where I can find illustrations of how the wires are supposed to go to the relays from the factory. I'm assuming one relay is ignition and the other is for the VATS, but I'm really not sure. Thanks for any help...

I can tell you right now that I really have no idea what you're asking. I don't know if you have an 82 4 banger or a 92 z 350 TPI.
Where do these wire run from the relay?
Sounds like it's a starter kill system from a previous owner. I wouldn't use the relay to start the car because if the key is in the on position all your power is being delivered to all your acc and not just the starter. You want all your cranking power going to the starter for obvious reasons.
