Cold start trouble

I am having trouble getting my car to start when doing a cold start. It'll start, but normally i'll have to crank it like 3 or 4 times before it'll turn over, after it warms up it'll start easily. I don't know if this should be expected or if i'm going to need to replace my starter or what, i'm not really sure what to check, it has new plugs and a new coil & distributor wires. It's just a little difficult to start on a cold start.

Well if it cranks but won't start right away it may be time for a rebuild on the carb or possibly just a good cleaning of the carb.
Also, you may want to check the fuel pump and filter.
