Guys I'm about stumped, please give advice here...

Wiring in a cd player for the girlfriend (Keep in mind this is for a 99 mustang, i couldn't find anyone else to ask), somehow the switched 12volt (wire that gives power when car is turned on) got grounded out.. I figured I just blew a fuse... I checked the fuses under the steering wheel.. None were bad... I popped the hood, looked in the fuse box buy the battery... None were blown...

What could it be? Do I maybe need to reset the computer? I'm really stumped and I want to get this done with ASAP.. I'm tired of working with electronics... Could there be ANOTHER fuse panel somewhere else on a mustang?

I honestly think that you really must have blown a fuse. If you're not sure how to spot a blown fuse, test the suspect fuse for continuity with a multimeter. If you can't do that, "borrow" a known good fuse from another location, like the wiper fuse or whatever.

Well I've got a fuse tester and all of them make it light up.. I had 2 bad fuses from other wires I accidentally grounded out, but I changed them and still no go...

One fuse was in the engine compartment and the other was under the dash.. I wish it were a blown fuse but I'm 100% sure that the fuses in the fuse panel and the ones in the engine compartment are fine.. The thing I'm wondering is if there are other fuses located somewhere else...
