lights go dim and bright all the time
is the alt. on its way out? previous owner said it has done that since a the original one went out? regulator maybe? before i go get an alt. on the alt. plug in there is a black wire that has been cut , i thought it was to ground but i tried that and it sparked pretty good so it must have voltage there!! any help thanks madmax57
