HELP, BIG PROBLEM

The other day I was driving about 35 mph and my car just cut off. I pulled over and tried to start it but NOTHING happened. The only thing that works are my headlights and parking lights. The brake lights dont even work. I checked all fuses and replaced the ignition switch, and the battery is fully charged. Does anyone know what this could be, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is it only your headlights working ?
No dashlights, radio, turn signals, hazards, dome light, blower motor, anything?

Start by making sure the cable at the starter is tight.

*edit- what car/engine do you have ?
