hey guys, I just bought a hei tune up kit made by pertronix from Summit. It comes with a new cap, coil, rotor, vaccum advance unit, module, and new advance springs and weights. It has three differnent springs in it and I was wondering which ones I should put in? The engine is a completely stock LG4 with 700R4 behind it. It is daily driven and I need it to be reliable and fuel efficient. But I also don't have to pass emmisions I usually try and keep her under 3000 rpms, except when racing (like once a month or so). Here is the chart with the degrees of advance in it.


Also, how should I set the vaccum advance. It is adjustable from 22* to full lock out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
