On a T/A, it's located here:
I've heard that the IROCs had them closer to the EVAP canister, where the headlight motor relays would be in a 'Bird.

ok is the foglight relay and the head light relay the same?
The "fog lights" are sometimes also called "driving lights". The "headlight motor relays" I was referring to are used on 'Birds to open and close the headlamp doors - no necessary on a Camaro with fixed lighting.
Look for a fog/driving light relay either near the firewall or at the left front corner.
Incidentally, the relay is operated by the high-beam headlight selector, so if the high beams are on, the driving lights are off.

Cut and ground the light green wire going to the relay. The other end of the cut light green wire should be taped off.
Also, on Camaros the relay was moved from the driver's side fender to near the fuse panel under the dash sometime between '87 & '92. My guess would be that it changed location in '90.
