I recently replaced the engine compartments wiring harness in my 85 Z with one from a 85 SC, now i have problems with the interior. e.g. : when i turn on the head lights my blinkers light up with the guages, my hatch motor wont work, and neither do my idiot lights.

 

both blinkers lighting continuosly can be a grounding issue too. inspect the big ground under the dash near the steering column closely.
