I am putting a non EGR carb on a LG4. I want to know what must be done in order to have the car run with out the computer stuff. Any suggestions are welcome.

 

Is that Hillsborough NJ as in right next to Montgomery township? If so, I'm 5 minutes from you.
As for the carb EGR stuff. Get rid of the computer all together and slap on a holley 600cfm. The carb doesn't care about the EGR. Make sure you've got a vacuum advance distrib and you're golden. I'd move this to the carb forum, you'll get a lot more help over there.
