Second question.. i promise its not going to be my last

The instructions say that i need to find the negative signal on the coil. I have 2 connectors gray and black on the coil they each have 2 wires, pink and white. One set are a bigger gauge than the other. Would i need to tap into the white wire on the smaller gauge to get the signal that i need?

 

Yep.Or you can get it from behind the gauge cluster.
