That's rather disappointing behavior guys, especially considering he's a new member. Great way to welcome him. Someone seems to have the same problem as our new member, missing punctuation...

There, if you're not apt enough to add punctuation on your own, I did it for you above. I'm not too sure what the 2nd responders problem is, aside from the obvious, since I only see one word mis-spelt (aside from the title) and no one on here spells perfectly all the time. Save the crap talk & bashing other people for the Appearance and Detailing board, not for new members needing help.

On to the problem at hand. The problem could be one of a few things going on. The biggest help would be telling the code the car is giving. Code 33 & 34 can be on a MAF or MAP cars, both indicating airflow problems.

Get the code & let others on here know, you should be able to get better help that way. Just for fun, a guess, is it code 34 ? Let us know.

The knock sensor wire is going to be dark blue according to the Haynes book diagram but, it's black on my 'bird. The wire comes from the ESC (kind of flat & square) located on the firewall next to the brake booster with a bunch of other relays.

First of all i would just like to say ... That it was almost 4:00 AM which I was working on the car all night so I must of been tired. I really don't belive that you should critize people when you don't even really know.

By saying that, I wasn't referring to you poweruser, I suppose I should have said that a different way like '... apt enought to add punctuation on your own while reading the problem.' Sorry if you took it as being directed towards you ,,,

Have you pulled the code yet ?
