Rear hatch motor

Hey guys

my rear hatch motor is kapesh..
but I used some tips that some of you guys gave me, and what I do is I just hold that locking part of it in and it sorta sets it self into locking mode and I just close the hatch on it, but it dosent tightly secure it, its locked but it flaps up and down.
NOw...my question.. how do I replace this stupid useless motor?
