turn signals work but still one problem

hi i just got all my turn signals to work excupt for the driverside rear. all the others work just fine. i was woundering if the socket holdin the bulb was shot becuz i took the passenger side bulb and put it in the driversides and nothing happened and the bulb is good. i have checked all the grounds that i could check for it. but could the driverside socket be dead. becuz i could go to the junk yard and 5finger like 3 of them to see if thats the problem. but does anyone have any idea what could be the problem. thanx

DO YOU HAVE BULB GREASE IN THE SOCKET? IF SO THAT MAY CAUSE IT TO NOT TOUCH THAT WAS MY PROBLEM MAKE SURE THE GROUND WIRE ON THE SOCKET IS IN GOOD TOO. HOPE THIS HELPS.
