Gauge lights..two went out...where are they?

Gauge lights..two went out...where are they?

the light behind my oil pressure gauge, gas gauge, and half of my speedo (the 60mph and up side) went out. NOw, is this all one light, or a few? and whatever it is...how do i change them. let me guess....take the dash off? thanks in advance.

It is several lights, and usually the gauge cluster at least must be removed. The lights are changed from the rear of the cluster. On some cars, like my 1991 Escort, for instance, the bulbs can be pulled from the front of the cluster after the gauges themselves are pulled out of the cluster, but I don't know if it works for the camaro.

Vampire, you are pretty much correct. While you can get the bulbs out from the front w/o pulling the cluster... it's well worth the time to take out the few extra screws & bull the cluster.

Don't be intimidated Last,,, there are not wires to disconnect,, the cluster just plugs in. The only b---h is if you have a mech speedo... disconnecting it can be a pain if you've got clumsy hands.
