I have a 89 iroc 305 tpi. The horn, cig-lighter, cruise, dome-light, mirror lights, power-mirror, power-locks, and hatch button do not work. no blown fuses. Is there a relay under the dash or something that might be blown?

 

I would check fuses again, I had the same prob and it was a fuse. Also, all those are on the same fuse.

check the fuses again, and look for obvious things, like something stuck in the cig lighter. i almost started ripping into my elec. system because of a stuck dime in the bottom of the cig lighter socket. couldnt see it because it fits perfect, and goes allll the way to the bottom. it will knock alot of stuff out elec wise. good luck...electrical gremilins are a pain.

Fuses are all ok and i even unplugged the cig lighter electrical connections so we can rule the lighter out as a possible problem. Any other ideas?
