Help Wiring Question Plzzzzzzzzz

OK my wipers dont work and I have a new switch and motor. I tested the wires from the connector by the column and here's what I got. They all were fine, but If im not mistaken the black wire from the switch in the ground right? In my book it does not have a black wire from the switch, but it has a white wire going to the fuse box. Aat the fuse box the fuse that is for my wipers it only has one wire going into it is this right? Is there a way I can test the black wire from the switch? Does anyone know where it goes? where does the wire from my fuse box go to? Help help help help plzzzzzz

Ok I think I got this figured out someone correct me if on way off please!! The yellow wire has power always when the key is on right? its the one with the jumper on the motor itself. This wire must come from the fuse box right? The reson I say this is because even if i switch my wipers on and to high or on delay none of the other wires are getting power and they should be! right? This points to a grounding problem right? It also means that the grounding problem is not between the fuse box and the motor right? It has to be between the switch and the motor? Or could it be the motor itself? Im dying here!! Oh yeah the fuse is still good.

Ok I learned all about a continuity tester tonight and I checked my ground at the washer motor by touching the body and the ground tab and the bolt it was ok. Then I checked the ground at the connector under the column its ok too.
