need help identifying this mystery wire (disconnected)

anyone know what this is for and where it plugs into???

its been unplugged for as long as i know...

They look like fairly heavy gauge wire compared to the courtesy light wire. As a guess it may be a pre-wired neutral start switch if the car had become a 5-speed.

does that go to a switch on the brake pedal? Or is there an empty plug end inside the kick panel(lower dash panel) there?

i never found anywhere to plug it into, which is why i was wondering if it should be plugged in somewhere!

Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
If your clutch pedal weren't missing, it would hook up to a connector attached to it...
It's nothing to worry about; like deadbird said, it's for the clutch pedal's neutral safety switch.
