Parking light wire?

Parking light wire?
Does anyone know, besides the top of the switch, where I can easily pickup the lead for turning on hte parking light? I cannot seem to find the wire anywhere, nor for that matter can i figure out how to get access to the top of the switch...

you can also find the parking light wire in the bundle of wires above the drivers side rocker panel.
