Every once and a while, my left turn signal arrow will come on and stay on without me turning it on. This will keep my headlamps from coming up but will not keep them from turning the actual bulbs on. The left turn signal bulb will not flash or illuminate when the indicator arrow is on. Can someone please tell me that they have had the same problem and can help me?

check the bulb on the left turn signal, not the one in the dash but in the actual turn signal. When the bulb in my turn signal went out the blinker in the dash stayed illuminated until i put in a new bulb. see fi that does anything

 

I found that by wiggling the harness to the parking lamp and fooling with the bulb connection, helped a little so I think it is somewhere in the underhood harness.
