wire short?
ok this is for my 2nd gen
well heres what happened:
Pulled in my driveway and the car just cut off. No power, The problem ended up being that my negative battery cable rotted out and was cut in half. So i bought a new one and the car had power
Everthing work like normal now except my idiot lights. they don't come on when i turn the key . When the car is started the oil and generator light stay on. Its like something got reversed.
The question is why don't the idiot lights come on when i first turn the key and how do i fix this????

someone out there please help. I have checked the wires under the dash and in engine bay and they all seem ok. The fuses are also good.
