When i purchased my vehicle, the horn did not work because the contact inside of the steering column was gone. What i am wondering is, where does the contact go? Does it connect into the turn signal/hazard assembly? I see a black or brown wire that connects to a metal contact, but there is nothing connected to that contact. Any help would be appreciated.

 

do you mean the sprig loaded wire contact **** are broke (it plugs into the t/s switch)? if it is broke, then you will need anougther plastic clockspring plate (the white piece that the horn contact rubs withthe tit sticking out).
