Proform shift light flashing randomly

Proform shift light flashing randomly
I recently hooked up my ProForm shift light, and while driving, the light flashs randomly at about 2000-3000RPMs. I think i have it hooked up right, i have a fuse tap to the Acc. Fuse for power (red wire), one wire to ground and the green wire of the shift light to the white wire coming from the Black connector on the coil. Is the green wire hooked up righ?t, there are two white wires coming from the coil (one on each connector), i want to make sure i hooked it up to the right one.
And it only does this in drive, when i have it in park and rev the engine, the shift light lights when it is suppose to.
