My '89 Formula's headlights did not go down after one really cold night of driving. I think a relay or fuse of some sort went. Now there is no power going to the motors at all. Anyone have any idea which relay could need replacing on an '89?

Probably the headlight door module mounted next to the wiper motor assembly. It's common for it to go bad on these cars.

 

Thanks, Does this module say "GUIDE" on the front of it? Any ideas on the prt # and where I can get a new one?

 

Yep that's it. No idea on the part #. They're expensive from the dealer (if they still make it). May wanna try a yard. I've also seen 'em on ebay several times.
