Turn signal drawing power from headlights?

So I've got this problem and it only manifests itself at night so I'm pretty sure that it involves the headlights. The problem is my right turn signal light (on the dash) likes to glow while I'm driving.. Sometimes dim, sometimes as bright as if I had the turn signal on. It typically blinks, sometimes as fast as it would blink when it is on, sometimes very slow.. Maybe one flash every 5 seconds. Sometimes it just behaves itself but not for long. Anyhow, I think a wire that runs to the headlights and the turn signal has crossed and when the headlights are on, it's feeding voltage to the turn signal circuit.

My question is this: Does anyone know where the two circuits cross or run together that a short might be found?

I was thinking I'd trace the wires that run from the headlight relays and see what I'd find but thought I'd ask first before jumping in there.. If anyone's had this problem or can shed some light (no pun intended) on the subject, I'd appreciate it.. THanks..
