BIG problem!!! please help me!!!

whats up guys, not in the best mood right now-got a real confusing problem-I took my car to the dealership the other day to have to car taken care of (replaced the whole intake gasket) took 2 days in the shop; get the car back, and when i beep my alarm (viper-2 buttons) the headlights go up a little, and back down with the lights (the lights are suppose to blink, but the headlights never/aren't suppose to go up and down-i've had the alarm on the car for a year now . . .so i don't think thats the problem-but i will have that checked . . . .
also, when i push in the parking light switch, the headlights come up (not on) and that never happened . . .
well, the next day i took the car back, and made them inspect it and they couldn't figure it out, now i'm stuck w/ this friggin problem!

anyone ever had this happen to them before or have any idea whats wrong with the car?!?!? any info would be appreciated

I'd say your headlight switch is bad.

iam just going to guess that maybe, somehow that the wires from the alarm that are supposed to go to your park lamps, accidently went to your headlight motor wire. becuase if the headlight go up just a little, thats probably from the pulse of the alarm trying to flash your lights. maybe your alarm modual is fubar or when GM was working on your car they rubbed some wires together. i hope i understood your post correctly, but thats what i figure is going on

tyler-thats what i was thinking-that they must have messed up some wire somewhere-but i brought the car back the next day and now they don't want to fix it!!! they looked at it and said they don't know whats wrong(they looked at it )
so now i'm stuck! so i thought that it must have been something that i did to my car (neons, subs) so i disconnected them in hopes that would be the problem, and they aren't, so now i'm thinking that it might be one of my headlight wires-long story; hey, thanks for the replys guys, keep em comin!!! i wanna get this thing fixed asap

ya know, it looks pretty cool cause i know no one prob. has it, but what bothers me is that in time, its gonna wear out the headlight gears
