Swapping to 145 gauge cluster

I have a 1992 RS with the stock 110 mph gauge cluster and want to install the gauge cluster I got out of a 1992 z28 and have a few questions.

1. After I swap gauge clusters will I have to re-calibrate anything?

2. Do I need to change any of the engine sensors? The gauge cluster I am installing has an oil gauge that goes to 80 and the old clusters oil gauge only goes to 60.

3. I also plan on putting in white face gauge overlays and thus need to take off the gauge needles. How the hell do I take them off without loosing calibration and if I do loose calibration is their any way that I can fix it?

4. Does anyone know of a place that has detailed instructions for changing gauge clusters in my model car?
