How Can I use my bright lights?

My car is a 1984 Z28. Dude, how can I use the bright lights? I am a hickory-smoked Hillbilly, and I don't know how to do this. Please help me, dude.

Pull backwards on the turnsignal lever until it clicks, do the same to turn them off.

Hmm, can work a comp. but cant turn some brights on, something smells fishy. J/K with ya. Anyways, do what Morley said.
