heat/ac not blowing strong enough

dont' really have time to diagnose my car unfortunatly b/c of work... but just needed some info if anyone has had this problem before. blower motor been changed, climate controller changed, relay/resistors changed. seems to be working good, all except the airflow coming out of the vents. seems to be minimal. blower motor changes speeds, and seems to be working normal, good voltage and amps goin to motor. was probably thinking maybe a stuck door in the heater box, or a vaccum leak, but thought i would ask around maybe i skipped over something. has anyone had this problem?

87,

I've had similar flow problems caused by debris accumulation in the evaporator core. It's a PITA to access and clean the face of the coil, but it makes a serious difference in air flow. Another possibility is that the blower is running backward. A squirrel cage blower will move air in either direction, but will move a LOT less air when running backward. If you have a remanufactured blower, it's a possibility. The blower wheel vanes should curve in the direction of air flow.
