Electical problems

I have a few I would like to list and ask for suggestions. My electic fan is rigged up to a switch. The fan doesn't like to run all the time, like there's a short in it, but i am certain that there are no shorts. There is a wire running from the switch to the battery with a fuse in between(which isnt blown) and a wire to the fan. Another problem I am having as my blinkers do not work. No audible click is heard and the bulbs are good. Please help, Thanks for your time.

I replaced the flashers with one from a junk yard, the left one works, but the right one stays on constantly. Any suggestions? Are the bulbs bad? Thanks for the response.

That flasher is proably bad also. I've had one do that before. I would just spend the money and get a new one.
