It's not hard, but it'll be harder if your car didn't come with them stock. You'll need a switch, a standard 30amp automotive relay (available at radio shack), some wire, and some splicers. the hardest part is getting the wires into the passenger compartment, once you've done that its pretty easy. I'd reccomend getting the GM factory fog lamp switch because it makes the wiring process much easier and it looks stock, it's only $25 so how can you go wrong? Anyway under the dash near where the stock switch location is you'll see a switch connector, tada it's the fog lamp switch connector. Near there you'll notice a relay connector, it'll have the same connector design as the relay you'll get. Plug in the fuse and the switch and then you'll have to splice the hot wire that you brought in from the lights into the purple wire coming out of the switch. With that done all you need is to put a 10amp fuse in the fuse panel under fog lamps and that's it. Presto you've got fog lamps that only turn on with the parking lights/head lights, and ones that will turn off when you turn on your high beams.
It's probably necessary to install them this way so they operate as the stock ones would for inspection purposes, at least PA made me do it that way.

you can get some that are the same size. they are called blazer OE driving lights. i got em at autobarn.com. i actually tired the fogs but they are too yellow for me and get drowned out by my silverstars
so im switching to the driving.
they fit exactly in the same way. just take them out of the case and fit them in.
