I just bought a 145 instrument panel with MacEwen Motorsports white face overlays for my 84 z28 camaro to replace the original 85 cluster and my question is simple:
I will like to get those xenon blue bulbs but i got no idea how many i will need so can someone tell me how many bulbs are in cluster??...

Ironically I have a 145mph cluster sitting 10 ft from me, there are 14 bulbs, 17 including the 3 at the bottom.. the ones indicating "service engine" "seat belt" and so forth.

 

Your cluster have 11 bulbs which affect dial illumination. The rest can be discounted since they are for warning or turn signal lamps.
