87 trans am am alternator wiring ???

Car: 1982 Trans Am & 1982 Corvette
Engine: L-98 with LO-3 induction. 350 CFI
Transmission: 5 speed and vette has 700r4
Axle/Gears: 373's in T/A .. vette unknown
87 trans am am alternator wiring ???
the 87 t/a harness I bought has the alternator plug coming out of the harness by the passenger side valve cover, QUESTION where does the charge wiring originate (the one that bolts to the back of the alternator) does anything else (wiring) bolt to where the charge wire does
