mechanical or vacuum advance
mechanical or vacuum advance
just bought a msd 6a ignition with mechanical advance with the option of changing springs/bushing depending on your advance curve. i am trying to keep the car streetable and economic as possible. if i stay with the mechanical could anybody advise me on what springs/bushing to utilize to keep the ignition as described. i know mechanical is more for race, so should i just return it and get the vacuum model?
