90-92 tach

Just wanting to know what redlines were put at for the V8's.....I'm looking at getting a extra gauge cluster but the one I'm looking at has a redline of 6000 now if I am right 6000 redline was for the V6's right? The guy says it's from a V8 but just want to make shure before I spend the cash!...Thanks!

Well the thing is is that if I get a gauge cluster from a V6 it would not be right for a V8.....I know that there is diffrent redlines for a V6 to a V8 and I just wanted some input.....

The v8's got the 5,000 and 5,500 redlines depending on the motor and the v6's had the 6,000 redline, so if it's 6,000 then its from a v6 and wont work for you. Tell the guy he's full of crap and dont buy it.
