Car won't start. ECM related?

I was removing some of the old speaker wires from my '88, and I guess when I was under the dash I must've disconnected something on accident or some how shorted something out. Now the car won't start. Cranks just fine but won't start. I've got no spark and no fuel, the pump doesn't even prime. Check engine light dosen't come on with the key on egine off. All the fuses are fine. It like the ecm is not getting any power but I've got 12v at pins B1 and C16 on the ecm connector. Are there any other pins that should have voltage to them on that connector?

The car was a 2.8L thats been converted to TPI with an '87 ecm and harness. I'm not sure where to look from here aside from trying another ecm, so any help would be appreciated.

did you try the ecm/fuel pump fuse in the hood area also, or just the one in the fuse box?

I've checked both fuses. Power does look like its getting to the ecm but I don't know from there...

I tried another ecm and still got nothing. I'm pretty much out of ideas.

try replacing the fuses. even though they look good they could still be bad, also check the ground, sometimes the ground will go out, I know someone who had the same problem and rewired the ground and it worked
