maf trouble

need help here, first off what Im dealing with is a wiring harness from a 1987 gta 350 trans am that I put in my 1982 trans am, I get a consistant code 33and Im ready to say to heck with the maf system and run a painless speed density setup I have, here is the maf I'm using bosche 0 280 213 004 14 094 712, is this the correct one for a 1987 ? Ive read on power to the maf plug when I jump terminal G (I think) I get power to my red wire on the maf plug, and while the car is running it also has power, however I can never get power to the blue wire no matter what I do, can any one tell me exactely which relays are for power and burn-off by wire colors since mine arent in the same location so a picture won't help me much, Ive traced most of the wires and none seem damaged, I've tried two ecm's and two USED mafs without any improvement, is this a definate maf problem or simple wiring issue, I don't especially feel like spending two hundred bucks for nothing, or is anyone in southern california that can help me straighten this problem out
