help..... major problem

Ok, i know this is an electronics qestion but not even half the people that view this section look at that one. This way i can get a faster responce.

Ok earlier today i was working on the car and some aluminium foil falls into the cigarette lighter. Sparks flew. Later notice my truck lock switch don't work, then my lights, then my radio, then my cigarette lighter. Ok i though about the fuses so i switched it with other 10amp fuses and nothing. Well i only changed the radio one. I was also messing with the console insides, and the under part of the passenger side dashboard. I checked for any loose wires and nothing. i'm thinking that more than one fuse got blown or something cause all 4 of them things obviously went out at the same time. So is the cigarette lighter fuse the same one as the radio, the lights, and the truck lock switch? If so something is wrong because i switched the radio one, with the other two 10amp ones and nothing changed. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Instead of pulling and switching fuses...

check them to see if any are blown,...

it's pretty obvious if they are....
pull them out 1 by 1 and examine them
