Suggestions for Wiring a Mirror
I'm considering a mirror with temp/compass. It, of course, requires an ignition switched wire. Any suggestions about which wire to use? The more easily accessed the better.

I just hooked up one of those Gentex temp/compass mirrors in my car, great option. I hooked it up to the radio fuse. Pepboys had a connector that you pull the radio fuse out and put this connector in that has a wire coming out of it. It holds two fuses, one for the radio and the other to the accessory you want to run. Real easy hookup too.
I think I paid like 4 or 5 Bucks for it. I was too lazy to splice into any wires. Works great.

The fuse box, I've discovered, has two ignition spots. I'll simply install a spade on the mirror's hot wire and plug in.
